Summer Break

No services at TCU Place during July and August!

We highly value you and your family time together during the summer ... we are not suggesting you take a break from God, just from gathering as a church.

Be sure to catch Pastor Dean Live on Facebook most Sunday's during the summer at 10am

We will see you back at TCU Place September 9th

Enjoy the moments and have a terrific summer!

Connect to God

It’s simple. We believe that anyone and everyone can have a meaningful and personal faith walk become a reality in their lives, regardless of their past or  present circumstances. We also think that the church should be the very best place for anyone (and everyone) to find that faith.

Connect to People

At Connect Church we will place a high emphasis on growing deep, meaningful relationships. We believe that a big part of why we humans were put on this earth was not to walk through this life alone, but to be in community, and to walk together in every area of life, especially in this key area of our faith.

Connect to a Cause

We know that Jesus spent an extraordinary amount of his life, energy, and time on those who were in great need. Much of his life was spent healing the hurting, feeding the hungry, and releasing the oppressed, people who were enslaved by the darkest parts of life. Showing grace and love to people in need is what a great part of his life was defined by.

3. Over Balanced - we attract people who normally don’t “do” church by keeping an over-balanced focus on those who are searching for God

4. Generous - 100% of money raised at Connect is given directly to charities to support those in great need

5. Excellent - we do our best to be well-prepared and well-presented publicly and organizationally

6. Real - we are totally honest about who we are…the good, the bad, the ugly, and the money

7. Involved - we engage with the community where we live, involvement is encouraged and modeled

8. Relational - we place a high value on developing deep meaningful friendships

9. Resourced - we value your growth and put significant time and energy into resourcing those who desire to work on their own spiritual development

10. Fun - we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we do laugh a lot as we enjoy every minute of doing church

Shelly Christy comes to us from the Toledo, Ohio area where she worked with Dean for 7 years. She brings a wealth of creativity and energy to our staff and just made the move to the Great White North.  Shelly is married to Barry and has two grown kids, Dean and Lexi, who are currently studying in the USA.

Robyn Miller - Kids-Connect

Robyn is a prairie girl through and through. She was born and raised in Saskatchewan and has great family roots here. Robyn has served in Children’s Ministries in various capacities and is the exact right person to be leading our Kids-Connect. She is enthusiastic and genuine and the kids just love her!

Robyn is a mom herself to a couple of seriously cute guys named Ellis and Beckett. Robyn works at the Crisis Nursery in Saskatoon and takes care of kids in our city when they need it most.
