This March, a team of construction workers travelled with Canadian Humanitarian to Ethiopia. It was a really good trip with lots of jobs to be completed that would benefit the children who are enrolled in the programs at various Canadian Humanitarian sites. On their blog, there are stories and photos of our recent trip by both Deb Northcott and myself as we "helped" the guys in their projects. From shade shelters and washbasin repairs to smokeless kitchens and new roofs, there was a lot to be done that I wasn't much help with. But, put a paintbrush in my hand and I was all in - literally! Shirt, shoes, hair and skin...covered in the colours of the Gindo Centre.

There are links here to follow the stories of our time in Ethiopia...enjoy!
